10 reasons to do Green Juice Fasting

There is no time like now to start incorporating green juice fasts into your normal diet and eating habits. This deliciously packed drink is mainly made up of all green leafy vegetables, fruit, seaweed (nori strips), spirulina powder and tender coconut water. It helps us to feel and experience new energy levels and awareness. This goes hand in hand with the journey that yoga takes us on and is wonderful for meditation.
All you need is a nifty juicer to juice all the above ingredients together, using your favourite fruit, but preferably melons, kiwi fruit and pomegranates and the right attitude to enable you to love doing it.
